2026 Christmas Night Market Vendor Form


Event: Sunday, December 6 from 2 PM - 6 PM

Event Location: Marketplace on The Hill (4923 Daggett)

Vendor Set Up: 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Vendor Tear Down: 6 PM - 8:00 PM


HBA Member Vendor Fee: $100

Non-HBA Vendor Fee: $200


Vendor fee includes two six-foot tables and a 10' x 10' vendor booth space. 


All profits benefit The Hill Business Association.


We're adding more lights, more bars, more music, and more vendors! Up to 70 vendor booths will line Daggett Avenue (which will be closed) in front of Brown & Crouppen and Marketplace on The Hill. 


Market-goers can utilize paid parking at the Brown & Crouppen lot or free neighborhood street parking.


Food trucks, bars, fire pits/warming stations, kids' activities, music and more will be available in the Marketplace 0n The Hill parking lot. Bars and amenities will also be available throughout the vendor market.


The general Christmas Night Market is free to attend.


A ticketed after-party-event will follow the Night Market inside the Marketplace at Oliva on The Hill.

Terms and Conditions: By completing this form, I understand that I am committing my business to participate as a retail vendor on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the Christmas Night Market on The Hill. This is an OUTDOOR event.


  • HBA members: $100 for a 10' x 10' booth with two 6-foot tables provided.

  • Non-HBA members: $200 for a 10' x 10' booth with two 6-foot tables provided.


The vendor fee is non-refundable.


Vendors will provide their own seating, accessories, racks, displays, payment processing solutions, data, etc. This is an outdoor, nighttime event. Tents are allowed, but they may block the lighting we are hiring professional designers to install. If you plan to use a tent, you will need to consider plans for additional lighting and provide your own required electrical power.


Vendor Commitments are due by October 31, 2026.
